Brand guidelinesUpdated

One source of truth
for how your brand looks.

Brand guidelines show how to use your brand: logo rules, color, typography, imagery, icons and voice, with real examples. I design them as a PDF anyone can read and a Figma library designers build from, so the brand stays consistent as more people work on it.

Is it right for you?

Right for you if

  • You have a logo and colors but no rules, so everyone uses them differently.
  • You’re hiring designers, developers or an agency and need them on the same page.
  • Your current guidelines are a PDF nobody opens.

Questions founders ask

What should brand guidelines include?

Logo rules, color values and pairings, typography, imagery and icons, voice and tone, and examples on real touchpoints. Good guidelines show what to do, not only what not to do.

How long do brand guidelines take?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how much of the brand already exists.

How much do brand guidelines cost?

It depends on the scope: what the guidelines needs to cover, for how many markets and languages. After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed written proposal, so the price never changes mid-project.

PDF or Figma?

Both. A PDF is easy to open and share with anyone, and a Figma library is what designers build with. Together they keep everyone on the same version.

Can you write guidelines for a logo someone else designed?

Yes. Guidelines document the brand you have. If parts of it need fixing first, logo refinement or a brand refresh can come before.

Are the colors accessible?

Text pairings are checked against WCAG 2.2, the W3C accessibility standard: at least 4.5:1 contrast for normal text and 3:1 for large text and interface graphics.
