01

The brief

Reliable, innovative and secure transport, connecting businesses and people across borders with care and precision.

The identity had to feel as dependable as the service: calm, solid and easy to recognize on a truck, a box or a screen.

Logistics branding questions

Straight answers before you book a call.

What makes a good logistics logo?

It has to stay clear on a moving trailer, a warehouse wall, a parcel label and a phone screen. Simple, solid shapes hold up at every size. ROMO’s monogram spells the name in geometric shapes built on a strict grid, so it works as an app icon, a sign and a stamp on every parcel, and it reads the same on a brown trailer as on a business card.

What colors work for a logistics brand?

There is no fixed rule. Pick colors that set you apart from other carriers and stay readable on vehicles, signs, boxes and screens. ROMO uses reddish brown, rock blue and ivory white with one clean sans in four weights. Brown carries the trailers, and the same brown and blue run through boxes, shipping tubes, bags, letterheads and business cards, so every touchpoint reads as one company.

What goes into logistics brand guidelines?

Rules for the logo, colors and type, and examples of how they apply where a logistics brand is actually seen: trucks, warehouses, uniforms, packaging, stationery, the website and social media. ROMO’s guidelines include pages for social media. In an identity project the guidelines come as a PDF with a Figma library and source files; as a separate project, brand guidelines take 2–4 weeks.

How much does logistics brand identity cost?

It depends on scope: strategy, logo, guidelines and the applications you need, such as signage, packaging or a website. After a free 30-minute call you get a written quote for your exact scope. Our guide to brand identity pricing explains what drives the cost.

How long does a brand identity project take?

A focused logo project takes a few weeks. A full identity with guidelines and launch assets takes longer. You get a clear timeline with your quote, before any work starts.

Do you work with logistics and mobility founders in the US and the Middle East?

Yes. We work with founders across the US and the Middle East, with calls in your time zone and files your team can use from day one.

What do we get at the end of the project?

A logo and mark, color and typography, brand guidelines and organized master files, plus any website, packaging or launch assets in your scope.
