Your brand, in a form
AI tools can follow.
An AI-ready brand system packages your brand so your team and its AI tools use it the same way. It has four parts: design tokens in JSON for color, type and spacing; an image style guide with prompts and reference images; a brand voice guide you can add to ChatGPT or Claude; and a checklist to review AI-made work before it’s published.

Questions founders ask
What is an AI-ready brand system?
Your brand turned into files and rules that people and AI tools can both follow: design tokens for color, type and spacing, an image style guide with prompts, a brand voice guide for AI assistants and a checklist for reviewing what AI makes.
Which AI tools does it work with?
The voice guide is plain text you can add as instructions in ChatGPT, Claude or similar assistants. The image style guide works with image generators that take text prompts and reference images. The tokens are JSON files that developers and design-token tools can import.
Can AI design our logo?
AI is useful for exploring ideas and making everyday content, but the core of a brand should be designed by people. In the US, the Copyright Office’s January 2025 report says AI-generated material is protected only where a human determined its expressive elements, and prompts alone are not enough. The system lets AI help with daily content while your logo and identity stay human-designed.
Do we need a brand identity first?
Yes. The system turns an existing identity into rules for AI tools. If you don’t have one yet, brand identity comes first, and the AI-ready system can be added at the end.
What format are the design tokens in?
JSON files for color, typography and spacing. Tokens can follow the W3C Design Tokens Community Group format, which published its first stable version in October 2025.
How long does it take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks, with weekly check-ins and two revision rounds per phase.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope: what the system needs to cover, for how many markets and languages. After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed written proposal, so the price never changes mid-project.
