01

The brief

Make HR feel like a people-first experience, not a policy-driven system.

Core.hr exists to simplify complex HR processes so organizations can focus on what matters. The rebrand presents it as a supportive bridge between employers and employees, built on trust, openness and connection.

02

The rebrand

From a busy capitalised logotype to a calm lowercase wordmark under a rising red sun.

A clean, minimal visual language: deep burgundy, warm red gradients and plenty of space.

SaaS branding questions

Straight answers before you book a call.

When should a SaaS company rebrand?

When the brand no longer matches what the product stands for. Core.hr wanted HR to feel like a people-first experience, not a policy-driven system, while its old logotype was busy and capitalized. The rebrand moved it to a calm lowercase wordmark under a rising red sun, with deep burgundy, warm red gradients and plenty of space, and carried that into the product UI and the website.

Rebrand or brand refresh: which does a SaaS product need?

A refresh updates the look but keeps the name, the strategy and what people recognize. A rebrand changes what the brand stands for. Core.hr needed a rebrand: a people-first story, a new wordmark, color, type and guidelines, then a rebuilt product UI and website. A rebrand takes 6–12 weeks and a brand refresh 3–6 weeks. After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed written proposal.

What should HR app UI design include?

The screens people use every day, on every device. For Core.hr we designed attendance, timesheets, team availability and a task overview, a desktop dashboard with employee growth, attendance and leave charts, and phone and smartwatch views, all on the same system as the brand. That keeps the product as calm and people-first as the marketing.

How much does a SaaS rebrand cost?

It depends on scope: strategy, logo, guidelines and the applications you need, such as signage, packaging or a website. After a free 30-minute call you get a written quote for your exact scope. Our guide to brand identity pricing explains what drives the cost.

How long does a brand identity project take?

A focused logo project takes a few weeks. A full identity with guidelines and launch assets takes longer. You get a clear timeline with your quote, before any work starts.

Do you work with SaaS and tech founders in the US and the Middle East?

Yes. We work with founders across the US and the Middle East, with calls in your time zone and files your team can use from day one.

What do we get at the end of the project?

A logo and mark, color and typography, brand guidelines and organized master files, plus any website, packaging or launch assets in your scope.
