Hospitality branding questions
Straight answers before you book a call.
How do you brand a hotel or resort?
Start with the feeling guests should have, then carry it into every touchpoint. Reva7’s idea is “the perfect blend of nature and nurture”, so the identity pairs a confident R monogram with deep greens and an editorial serif. That system then runs through the welcome folder, menus, key cards, door hangers, amenities, signage, the campaign and the booking website. A full brand identity takes 4–10 weeks.
What should a resort booking website include?
It should sell the feeling first, then make the stay easy to book. The Reva7 homepage opens with “Escape to paradise” and a date search, then shows rooms and suites, amenities, packages, a gallery, guest stories and a contact form. The booking flow runs from a package and contact details to a reservation summary, payment and a confirmation. We design the website and the booking flow; the build is not part of an identity project.
Which guest touchpoints should a hotel brand cover?
The ones guests hold, read and use during a stay. For Reva7 we designed the welcome folder, menu, key card, door hanger, slippers, soap, soap dispenser, brush, candle, a box and a coffee cup, plus signage, posters and billboards. When the same green, monogram and serif appear on each, the resort feels consistent from arrival to farewell.
How much does resort brand identity cost?
It depends on scope: strategy, logo, guidelines and the applications you need, such as signage, packaging or a website. After a free 30-minute call you get a written quote for your exact scope. Our guide to brand identity pricing explains what drives the cost.
How long does a brand identity project take?
A focused logo project takes a few weeks. A full identity with guidelines and launch assets takes longer. You get a clear timeline with your quote, before any work starts.
Do you work with hospitality and travel founders in the US and the Middle East?
Yes. We work with founders across the US and the Middle East, with calls in your time zone and files your team can use from day one.
What do we get at the end of the project?
A logo and mark, color and typography, brand guidelines and organized master files, plus any website, packaging or launch assets in your scope.
