Mental health branding questions

Straight answers before you book a call.

What should a mental health website include?

A calm first screen that says who it is for, a clear reason to trust the service, the people behind it and an easy first step. Menta’s site opens with “Your mental health matters”, explains why to choose Menta, shows personalized therapy and guided meditation, profiles the professionals, adds user testimonials and ends with three steps: sign up, connect, thrive. We design the site; the build stays with your developer.

What should a mental health logo look like?

Calm, readable and human, and not another brain or heart icon. Menta’s wordmark is a soft serif with a small spark, and a lowercase m with the same spark becomes the app icon, so the brand works in a browser tab, on a phone home screen and as a laptop sticker. Headlines use Chiffon, an elegant serif. A logo design project takes 2–4 weeks; a full brand identity takes 4–10.

How do you design a mental health app?

Keep the first step small, the screens quiet and the brand the same everywhere. For Menta we designed the app UI alongside the website, with the m app icon, guided meditation videos, video sessions on a phone and a three-step start, in light indigo and periwinkle with columbia, lemon and honey as accents. The same look runs through billboards and social posts, so the platform feels like one place.

How much does mental health brand identity cost?

It depends on scope: strategy, logo, guidelines and the applications you need, such as signage, packaging or a website. After a free 30-minute call you get a written quote for your exact scope. Our guide to brand identity pricing explains what drives the cost.

How long does a brand identity project take?

A focused logo project takes a few weeks. A full identity with guidelines and launch assets takes longer. You get a clear timeline with your quote, before any work starts.

Do you work with mental health and wellbeing founders in the US and the Middle East?

Yes. We work with founders across the US and the Middle East, with calls in your time zone and files your team can use from day one.

What do we get at the end of the project?

A logo and mark, color and typography, brand guidelines and organized master files, plus any website, packaging or launch assets in your scope.
